Search web, Quiting apps,folders, Spell check and lock screen in iOS

Quiting applications:

You can easily quit applications

Multitasking is a brilliant feature in the latest version of iOS. Nevertheless, there are times when you want to close a program either because it's a hindrance and you don't want it to eat up your battery life by running in the background. In order to close an app, double tap the home button to access the multitasking drawer. Simply tap and hold on the app icon. The app should start jiggling with a red circle and a minus sign on the top left corner of the icon. Just tap on the red circle and it will shut down the app.

Lock the orientation of your screen:

Simply swipe to the left menu and again to the left of the iPod controls. You'll see the orientation lock button. Tap on this to lock in portrait mode.



Searching on the iPhone using Spotlight:

Folders:

You can add up to 12 apps into one folder. To remove simply drag the app put of the folder.
