Keep the Menu Bar always visible:

In IE9 beta, you have to press [Alt] to view the Menu Bar temporarily. But if you use it very often or are accustomed to the old style of it being visible all the time, you can make it always visible. Open Regedit by pressing [Win] + [R] and typing Regedit in the run command dialog box. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft. Right-Click on Microsoft, and select New then click Key. Enter the name as Internet Explorer. Now right-click Internet Explorer, and select New and click on Key. Type Main when prompted for a name. Right click on Main, select New, then click on DWord (32 Bit) value. Type AlwaysA-howMenus and set its value to 1. Now if you press [Alt] while in IE9, the Menu bar will appear permanently.

Always load IE9 in Full Screen Mode:

Add Set the necessary entries in the registry and you'd
have a revamped browser
If you want to view IE 9 in full screen mode, press the [F11]. But with a simple registry hack, you can ensure IE9 always loads in full screen mode. After doing a regedit, navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main. On the right side, locate the value Fullscreen. Change its value to Yes.

Next time you open IE9, it will be in full screen mode. You can still toggle between normal and full screen mode by pressing [F11].

Enable simultaneous downloads:

Once again, do a regedit. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings. Right click on Internet Settings, select New then click on DWORD (32-bit) Value. Name it MaxConnectionsPerServer and set its value to 4. Right-click on Internet Settings, select New then click on DWORD (32-bit) Value. Name it MaxConnectionsPer1_0 Server and set its value to 6.
