The photos you take with the iOS settings comes with geo-location data and can be added to the Places feature. By using this feature a Google map will pop up with pins pointing to all the locations where you have taken these pictures with your iPhone.

There are a lot of location based services available for the iPhone but the problem with many LBS apps is that the user is not sure which of them is active and throwing out information about your location when you don't want it to. To keep track of this, watch out for a tiny arrow in the upper right corner of the screen that will show up when one of these services is active. If you decide to not allow the service to keep track of your location, you can turn these services off. Just navigate to Settings > General > Location Services.

If the default usage of numbers as a passcode for keeping your iPhone secure isn't enough for you, can always choose to create an alphanumeric password instead. Go to Settings > Passcode Lock. You can switch off the simple Passcode and turn Passcode On to set your new alphanumeric password.
Sometimes when using the normal keyboard you might need to accentuate certain letters in words from languages such as French. To do this, you just need to tap and hold on to the letter on the keyboard till different forms of the character with possible accents and other options appear. Another tip to toggle between on and off for Caps lock is to double tap the shift button each time.

For appearances sake, you can use any image on your iOS device as the background home screen. Simply fire up Settings and go to the wallpaper option, pick an image you want to use. Choose it as your home screen wallpaper.
