Step:1. open notepad
Step:2. type the following

@echo off
title Virus
color 04
echo A virus has been detected
pause
echo contacting antivirus!!!
pause
echo do you want to delete the virus?
pause
echo acess denied!
echo acess denied!
echo acess denied!
pause
echo Installing virus
echo virus installation complete....
pause
:1
dir/s
goto 1

Step:3. goto file> save as>save the file as "virus.bat" without the quotations

Step:4. now click on the file an its sure to scare a few people
