The Auto Heal function allows you get rid of unwanted disturbances that occur in your clips such as a loud noise or a pop. To use this function go into the Remove a Sound option under the Tasks tab in the left panel. For removing a short burst type noise from your waveform zoom in as much as possible by hitting [Z] and selecting the bit that you want to get rid of. Then hit the Auto Heal button. What this will do is edit the pop or noise to blend in with the surrounding audio.
