-----------------------

Soundbooth's default work space is full of panels and each panel has several tabs such as Effects, Markers, History, and Properties etc. To the uninitiated it can all be a bit overwhelming. Thankfully Soundbooth allows you to customize and save your workspace. There are three main panels on the screen apart from the main Editor window that shows your timelines. You can simply drag any of the tabs in the right panels into whichever section you desire. On dragging a tab you get a 3d box like indicator of where the tab will be placed. Dropping the tab when the central section of the box is highlighted will add it as a new tab in the same panel. Many of the tabs such as Properties, Video, Scores are not really required for quick access and you can simply close them by clicking on the X in the tab name. Once you've customized the Workspace, click on Window > Workspace > New Workspace to save your workspace. If you want to go back to the default workspace, select Default from the dropdown menu at the top-right of the screen.
