Follow the steps:-
Step:1. Anywhere in your computer(preferably on your desktop)
right click>new>shortcut
and type shutdown -s -t 60 -c "A virus has been detected your PC will shutdown"
(you can replace 60 with whatever time you want the pc to shutdown in...and you can type your mesagge inplace of "A virus has been detected your PC will shutdown" with quotation marks)
Step:2. And name the shortcut as Internet explorer 10
Step:3. Right click on the shortcut goto properties and change the icon to anyone like internet exploer...
Step:4. Now whenever you click on the shortcut the pc wil shutdown in 60 seconds or whatever time you hav written.....
note: you can replace 60 with 0 and make a shutdown shortcut on your desktop
note2: to stop shutdown you cannot use ctrl+alt+del
you wil have to goto start>run and type "shutdown -a" before the PC shuts down!!
