Microsoft has extended is major stride in the cloud computing segment, Office 365, to India. Microsoft says the Office 365 will provide affordable business productivity tools on the cloud. The suite, comprising word, excel, powerpoint, e-mail and other software can be used by enterprise on a pay-per-use basis. The Office 365 plans start at $2 (Rs88) per month for basic e-mail and going up to $27 (Rs 1,197) per month.
