Sony announced their PJ series of camcorders at CES this year. This particular series of handy cams would feature a built in projector in them. The HDR-PJ50V houses a projection lens on the opposite side of the LCD. It can project images upto 60 inches when placed 18 feet away from it. But wait there’s more, it has built in stereo speakers with S-Master digital amplifier making it perfect for outdoor screening, features large storage capacity of 220 GB, built in PJ50V records video in 24 Mbps which gives sharper and crisper images. It uses a wide angle 12x optical G lens and a 17x Extended Zoom. No word about the price as of yet.
