     Now using the new tools bundled into Flash CS5 it is simple to build apps based of ActionScript. Now you have improvedfunctionality with the Adobe Flash Builder that comes integrated into the Flash CS5.
     The Flash Builder is an Eclipse based IDE to code web applications using Adobe Flex. You can use it to create apps that interface local database or APIs of popular web services and set it as your default code editor for ActionScript as well.
