Finding people using Advanced Search:
First search for a perticular company in the "Search People" field and then you can narrow down your results by using the advanced search area on the left side of the search page. Sort the results by the Relationship column. Now you can figure out how to reach a second Degree contact by clicking and looking at all the "Shared Connections" under that particular name.
